HealthWest Partnership - Strategic Plan 2017 - 2019
The HeathWest Partnership Strategic Plan 2017 – 2019 outlines the priorities to improve the health and wellbeing of communities in Melbourne’s west. This plan has been extended to Mar 2022.
Bringing local communities, organisations and councils together to achieve real improvements in health and wellbeing for everyone in Melbourne’s west.
